On 11 March at 6 pm, Erica Mezzoli and Antonio Daninese will present the multilingual website www.wecanit.eu – research blog and public history “spin-off” of the MSCA-IF Project WeCanIt – at the International Women’s House in Trieste (Casa Internazionale delle Donne) (Italy).
During the event, the three sections of the virtual exhibition that make up the site will be illustrated: work and daily life in Zone A of the AMG – “Venezia Giulia” and FTT; the relationship that binds women and fishing in the Upper Adriatic; finally, the contribution of women in seafaring in the Upper Adriatic.
The President of the International Women’s House in Trieste Patrizia Saina will give the institutional greetings.
Maria Pia Covre and Letonde Hermine Gbedo (both of them for Comitato per i Diritti Civili delle Prostitute Onlus) will deliver a presentation too.
The event is organized by the Commissione Pari Opportunità of Comune di Trieste and presented by the Comitato per i Diritti Civili delle Prostitute Onlus. Also, the event is realized in collaboration with Casa Internazionale delle Donne of Trieste with the support of Comitato Unico di Garanzia (Comune di Trieste).
